Can I rent Stanford House for an event?
Yes, Stanford House is available to rent for events. The fee is $300 and a refundable deposit of $500 is due at the time of rental.
Minimum rental is five (5) hours, which includes set up and clean up. If additional time is required, the hourly fee is $75.
No alcohol, smoking, tobacco products, vaping and/or e-cigs are allowed at Stanford House. Nor illegal drugs or illicit products of any type.
No open flames of any type, including candles, fondues, heating elements and grills are allowed.
No glitter, tape or adhesive on walls, furniture, cabinets and/or countertops and floors are allowed.
The hiring party is responsible for any damage to the facility and/or the property during the rental period.
The Stanford House will not be held responsible for any injury/illness that may occur during the rental period.
